Recently, a survey to all of our subscribers and social media followers was conducted asking them about their favourite keto snacks of 2019!
But first, I narrowed the selection down to the top 10 items that gained the most comments, likes, and shares over the past year, which included:

4505 Meats' Smokehouse BBQ Fried Pork Rinds
I was so excited to feature this in our December box as I've seen them as a part of many "United States keto hauls" on social media.
I immediately knew I needed to have these pork rinds in the box! Unfortunately due to Canadian custom regulations on meat items, I couldn't feature this product...
That was until I found them sold at The Clean Pantry, a local specialty market in Calgary, and knew it was possible to finally have these delicious pork rinds in the box!
What makes these pork rinds stand out from the rest are how light and airy they are! They make such an incredible crunchy snack and it's no wonder why they are always a "must-buy" when you're in the States and now, in Canada!

Keto and Co's Fudge Brownies Keto Baking Mix
I was introduced to Keto and Co by the previous owner of KetoCanBox, who connected me with Elyse, the Manager of the Sales and Special Projects team at Keto and Co.
Not only did I learn about their amazing product, but gained value insight into business management as Elyse had once owned a subscription box service herself!
Originally featured in our December box, Keto and Co's Fudge Brownies are incredible. Dark, moist, rich, with just the right amount of sweetness! I dare you to try to tell the difference between these brownies and other non-keto ones! ๐

GOODTO GO's bars have made a HUGE impact on the keto/low-carb community since their introduction in early 2019. With their delicious cakey texture and a variety of flavours, it's no wonder they've become so popular!
Created by siblings Nima, Salma, and Sahba, they all shared a passion for healthy, natural foods. In 2018, Nima started the keto diet and began experimenting to create a snack to satisfy his cravings. Thatโs when the idea of GOODTO GO struck him!

Quest's Chili Lime Protein Chips
I was first introduced to Quest when I sampled their BBQ chip at Simply for Life - Calgary South. I was pleasantly surprised by how crunchy and flavourful the chip was. Right then and there, I bought one of each flavour!
Out of the bunch, I was very impressed by the Tortilla Style Chili Lime Chip with its tangy taste and spicy kick. I knew I had to feature this flavour in our August box.

๐ฅ Love Good Fats' Chewy-Nutty Bars ๐ฅ
I originally did not feature these bars at all!
I had another product from Love Good Fats that was going to be included in the box, but due to production issues they couldn't supply me in time! It was a week before the shipment date and I needed a solution fast! They told me about a brand new bar they would be introducing, which could be used as a replacement... I was hesitant and skeptical, but ultimately took the chance and included their chewy-nutty bar in the September box.
The risk paid off! Subscribers (and myself!) fell in love with their new chewy-nutty bars. They had an amazing chewy, crunchy texture that reminded me of my favourite chewy candy bar as a kid!
